Sony has officially unveiled dustproof / waterproof smartphone Xperia ZR, first details of which appeared in late April. The device is the 4.55-inch screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pkseley, 4-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon APQ8064, 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory, microSD slot, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as the OS. The basic 12-megapixel Exmor RS has a 16x digital zoom. It is noted, that due to the energy saving mode Battery Stamina Mode, smartphone will be able to work longer hours than counterparts with the same battery capacity, but its characteristics are not specified. According to previously published data, its storage capacity is 2300 mAh. Dimensions of the device – 131? 67.4? 10.4 mm, weight – 140 grams.
